Incredible $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

The Main Attraction

Basic Package

The cheapest bundle tier, starting at just one dollar, includes only four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Monster Token Pack 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-item bundle for at least $15 is where things get more interesting through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from the company's long-running monthly subscription service which includes multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping comprises 760 pages suitable for novices and experts, full of tips and tutorials covering cartography techniques.

For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly more advantageous for map-making newbies since it includes the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The one caveat here is that while you can redeem the deal across platforms, the software is only usable with Windows systems.
